During 10+ years in the HR industry, I was groomed by one of the world’s leading HR firms to do two things extremely well: (1) communicate requirements, direction, and action, and (2) direct and accept people - executing effortlessly in a complicated, differentiated, matrix environment. My communication skills empower me to communicate at all levels of an organization – from the top executive to the entry-level employee. The programs I manage typically touch every member of an organization in some way, and the ability to lead and communicate in such an environment is a critical factor for success that, unfortunately, many clients overlook.

Where does my consulting take place?
Consulting can be done in person or virtually. I have over 8 years of experience working in a virtual capacity. In today’s world, many teams are distributed throughout the globe, and having the ability to work in a virtual environment is essential. Typically, a consulting engagement is a hybrid of face to face and virtual. The initial kickoff and various stage gates/reviews are done face to face, and the remaining work is completed virtually.
